John & Blake we’re very professional and very good at their trade. I would highly recommend them, very nice guys and easy to talk to. You won’t be disappointed in Black dog installations. They installed our new refrigerator, wall oven, dishwasher, microwave and will be installing our cook top and did a great job!

We had a great experience with John and Blake. John was quick to respond, able to schedule our install within 2 days and was flexible when our plans changed to reschedule. They installed our fridge quickly and efficiently. They gave us instructions and removed all packaging. I would definitely recommend them to other homeowners.

I highly recommend Black Dog Installations! From the start John and Blake were fantastic at communicating our options with us and efficient in getting back to us on install dates. When time for install came they both were extremely respectful of our home and laid down protective mats on both the counters and floors - it’s those extra steps that really make a difference. Throughout the install process (of a gas range and oven, wall oven, wall microwave and warming drawer) John and Blake kept me informed on different options while also providing their professional opinion. They also made sure I was fully satisfied with everything before finishing the job. They are professional and someone you feel very comfortable having in your home!

Black Dog just installed a wall oven for me. The process from start to finish was great. The appointment was easy to set up, they did the work quickly and efficiently, solved some minor problems along the way, and were very friendly (even to my dog)! I would recommend them to friend or family and would not hesitate to hire them again. Thank you!

Black Dog helped us move a laundry from one floor to another and did a great job, despite not much room to make it happen. New setup looks great and they even cleaned up after themselves. They were also patient and listened to our questions. Definitely recommended.

- John replaced our dishwasher and over-the-range microwave. The old dishwasher was a challenge to remove because the cabinet installer totally miss-installed the old dishwasher. His work is of the highest quality, very neat and very reasonably priced. We highly recommend John.

- We replaced flooring on our entire first floor, with Hardwood. Our concerns on delivery/installation of our Dishwasher and Microwave with the potential for floor damage were quickly put to rest. John was so careful and respectful. He answered all questions, and explained each step. When I asked John if he minded me watching, with questions (to learn), his answer stuck with me..."does not bother me at all - the installers who are bothered by such are the ones who don't have years and years of experience". I highly recommend John!

- Black Dog can do any type of kitchen installation you need inside of your home. We needed very difficult, highly expensive pieces installed and this company handled it very professionally.
